Governance Body
Governing Body Role and Responsibilites:
The governing body (Senior Management Team) plays a strategic role by acting as a critical friend to the school and is accountable for its decisions. Primarily, they set aims and objectives, moreover, they monitor and review policies, procedures and priorities. The governing body is mainly functioning through different sections at school in which they are evaluating the school structure and function. Moreover, the governance body sets high expectations which inspire and motivate both staff and students with applying and demonstrating high standards of ethics, behavior and professional conduct.
The School Governing Body is responsible for overseeing many of the strategic decisions of the school, and making sure that the school vision and policies are clear, understood and well communicated to staff, parents and students, to promote the well-being and effectiveness of the school community and enhance learning and teaching to maintain school mission.
